Elementary
The Elementary Black (Grades 2 & 3)level of competitive cheer focuses on establishing good motion, jump, stunt and dance technique as well as learning how to work together as a team. The team will perform skills appropriate to their ability levels.
This is a novice-intermediate level team that will focus on developing a love for cheer, learning new skills, improving current skills, and will train in technique for jumps, motions, stunting, and dance. Skills performed will be more novice-intermediate level (preps level stunts and progressing to possible extended stunts as the season progresses). They will compete in the performance division. Black team competes locally (November through January).
The Elementary Orange (Grades 4 & 5) level of competitive cheer focuses on establishing good motion, jump, stunt and dance technique as well as learning how to work together as a team. The team will perform skills appropriate to their ability levels. This is a team that will focus on developing a love for cheer, learning new skills, improving current skills, and will train in technique for jumps, motions, stunting, and dance. Skills performed will be more adapted to each athlete's ability level (extended stunts, one legged stunts, etc). This team will compete in the performance division and competes locally (November through end of January).
The Elementary White (Grades 2 to 5 & Birth Years 2013 to 2017) will participate in a UCA summer camp (required in order to attend Nationals), start their seasons a little earlier, have more practice time, attend UCA Regionals and attend UCA Nationals. Routines will be faster paced and we anticipate skills to be more difficult.

- Nationals, located in Orlando, Florida in early February, is required.
- Parents/Chaperones are required to supervise, travel, & room with their athlete.
